LANTUFF® MORTAR SK
LANTUFF® MORTAR SK is a two-component potassium silicate cement, comprising LANTUFF® K Solution and LANTUFF® S Powder. It is specifically designed for setting acid-proof tiles and bricks, conforming to IS 4832 Part I and ASTM C 466-86 standards.

FURANE MORTAR
LANTUFF® Furashield
LANTUFF® Furashield is a furan resin-based chemical-resistant cement used for bedding and jointing acid-resistant bricks and tiles. It consists of two variants:
LANTUFF® Furashield Powder: Quartz-filled.
LANTUFF® Furashield ACP Powder: Activated carbon-filled.
Both products are two-component systems comprising syrup and powder, offering versatility in strength, chemical resistance, and shelf life. They are free from flash setting, feature lower exotherm, and have an increased shelf life of up to 12 months at ambient temperature.

Usage Guidelines:
Severe Corrosive Conditions: LANTUFF® Furashield is used for bedding and jointing of tiles/bricks.
Less Severe Conditions: It can be used as a pointing material in combination with silicate cement as the bedding and jointing material.
PHENOLIC RESIN MORTAR
LANTUFF® PHENOSHIELD
LANTUFF® PHENOSHIELD MORTAR is a two-component modified phenolic resin cement designed for setting acid-resistant bricks and tiles. This product is relatively inexpensive and demonstrates excellent performance in both acidic and alkaline environments.

LANTUFF® MR VE
LANTUFF® MR VE is an epoxy vinyl ester-based acid-proof cement. It consists of a powder, syrup, promoter, accelerator, and catalyst. This product offers outstanding chemical resistance and adhesion to substrates, conforming to IS 4832 Part II and ASTM C– 395–80. LANTUFF® MR VE cement with carbon filler is available upon special request.

LANTUFF® SCREED TE
LANTUFF® SCREED TE is a three-component coal tar epoxy-based acid-proof bed mortar. It consists of powder, coal tar epoxy, and hardener. This product offers excellent resistance to moderate concentrations of acids, alkalis, and water.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resistance to Low Concentrations: Withstands occasional or continuous spillages of very low concentrations of acids/alkalis and occasional spillages of oxidizing acids.
Continuous Immersion: Capable of withstanding continuous immersion in mild concentrations of acids/alkalis and traces of oxidizing acids.
HIGH BUILD AR EPOXY GROUT
LANTUFF® 1000
LANTUFF® 1000 is a three-component, high-build acid-resistant epoxy grout designed for acid/alkali resistance and heavy-duty industrial tile lining. It consists of powder, resin, and hardener. This product is known for its outstanding adhesion to joints and its ability to cure at low temperatures. LANTUFF® 1000 conforms to IS 4832 Part II and ASTM C-395-80 specifications and carries ISI marking. It is available with carbon filler upon special request.

LANTUFF® BITUSHIELD MASTIC
LANTUFF® BITUSHIELD MASTIC is a bitumastic compound composed of selected acid-resistant siliceous fillers and bitumen, blended homogeneously to create a butter-like consistency.
