DURABRICK® 60A is an andalusite brick engineered for high corrosion, high thermal shock and spall resistance. Its robust structure resists corrosion and cyclic thermal stress providing reliability and high service life.
Durabrick® 60 AHS
DURABRICK® 60 AHS is a high strength andalusite brick engineered for high corrosion, high thermal shock and spall resistance. Its high-density structure and exceptional mechanical strength provide superior load-bearing stability, wear resistance and thermal-shock durability.
Technical Specifications
- High cold crushing strength of at least 100 MPa.
- High spall resistance of 30+ cycles of heating & water quenching tests.
- These bricks can withstand high temperatures up to 1550°C (2822°F).
- Alumina content ranges from 60% to 65%
- Bulk density minimum 2.5 g/cm³, enhancing strength.
