The dome’s design eliminates the need for traditional brick arch walls, significantly reducing the weight of the entire tower structure and offering enhanced flexibility in design. With a spanning capability of over 10,000 mm, this advanced solution facilitates optimized structural design and enhances performance.

Technical Specifications

  • Material: Ceramic Grade SF S: Designed for durability and high resistance to corrosion in harsh chemical environments.
  • Span Capacity:  Maximum span: 10,000 mm & Custom-designed to suit vessel diameters and application needs.
  • Load-Bearing Capacity: At a diameter of 9,000 mm: Supports up to 30 kN/m².  At a diameter of 2,000 mm: Supports up to 90 kN/m².
  • Pressure Drop: 35 Pa at an airflow velocity of 2 m/s. & 25 Pa at an airflow velocity of 1 m/s.
  • Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding high operating temperatures in various industrial settings, typically ranging from 100°C to 400°C, depending on the specific materials used.
  • Custom Dome Ring: The last ring is custom designed to match the vessel’s diameter, with specially shaped bricks that transfer the load efficiently to the structure’s walls.
  • Structural Flexibility: Compatible with various tower bottom designs, including flat, dished, and conical shapes, providing flexibility for different plant configurations.

The removal of brick arch walls reduces overall tower weight and enhances structural efficiency, making it easier to design and construct towers with various shapes (conical, flat, or dished).

Flexible Design:

These domes allow for virtually any tower bottom shape, offering the designer flexibility in tailoring the tower's architecture.

Pressure Drop Efficiency:
